Decorating the tree this year was so fun. This was the first year that Brock was able to participate with out too much fuss. Our tradition is to do the tree while listening to my favorite Burle Ives CD. Then we finish up with hot chocolate. The boys also recieve their new Christmas pajamas. Chase was so excited that I was able to get "feetsie" jammies in his size. I think one of these pics will have to double as the Christmas card picture....someone I know has retired (for now) and I can't bring myself to go to Sears!
We also had a house guest for Thanksgiving. Fluffy the class pet came for the long weekend. I was all for it and very surprized to learn that Fluffy was not a cute little gerbil! You can see for yourself below. I was just as freaked by his dinner as I was of him. I don't even like crickets. He was a good guest though. He stayed in his cage and didn't complain about the food!
